An experienced international executive, Mike has built multiple new teams and businesses. A significant technical innovator in his own right, Mike is also proven in driving commercial success.
His current role as NED Chair and advisor follows 12 years as VP Technology Incubation at Dolby Labs in the USA. Previously he spent 10 years as Founder/CEO/CTO of VC backed start-up Psytechnics Ltd including a significant technology sale to Microsoft and an exit to NetScout. Prior to that he was a Technical Group Leader at BT Labs pioneering voice and video quality measurement protected by extensive new IP and ITU-T Standards.
