Cormac Whelan

Over the past 30 years, Cormac has built, led, and scaled both public and private technology companies, driving international growth and innovation. He has served on the boards of organisations including EKCO and Qstream and has advised leading private equity firms such as Carlyle, Warburg Pincus, AAKKR, and Corten Capital.

Today, Cormac is CEO of Nitro Software, where he leads a global team of more than 300 employees dedicated to helping organisations improve document productivity and digital workflows.

Cormac has previously served as Chairman of Boxever and Billfaster, and as CEO and Board Member of Mercator Solutions and Datalex. He also co-founded Equus Partners and Arlene Fitness Center.

He holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University.
