Ann began her career in investment banking before founding Chasing Returns, a behavioural analytics company that was acquired by StoneX in 2021. Today, she works with founders as an advisor and mentor, drawing on her own experience of building, scaling and exiting a business.

Alongside Ann’s advisory work, she is currently also building something new.
