Micheál Geraghty is Vice President of Operations EMEA and Site Lead at Coca-Cola’s Ballina manufacturing facility. He leads manufacturing operations with a focus on operational excellence, digital transformation, sustainability, and developing high-performing teams.

Under his leadership, the Ballina site became the first Coca-Cola beverage facility globally to be recognised by the World Economic Forum’s Global Lighthouse Network for advanced manufacturing. Micheál is a passionate advocate for innovation, continuous improvement, and the future of smart manufacturing.
